Shipping

In-stock orders will be mailed within five business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This is order processing time; carrier delivery time is additional.

Preorders

Preorders open December 1, 2026. Until then, we are collecting launch notifications only and are not accepting orders. Expected shipping timing for preorder items will be provided when preorders open. The five-business-day processing window applies to in-stock items.

Return fees and shipping

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund. Return shipping is not included. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
